The role involves validating professional qualifications against regulatory databases. This part-time position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify credentials of health care professionals against official licensing databases.

• Confirm compliance with state and federal regulations for health care providers.

• Document verification results in internal tracking systems with accuracy.

• Identify discrepancies or gaps in licensing and report findings for resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive provider information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in health care credentialing or compliance verification is required.

• Knowledge of state and federal health care licensing regulations is necessary.

• Proficiency in using credentialing databases and compliance tracking tools is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation is required.

• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules and data confidentiality protocols is preferred.
