Lab Toxicology BIller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Urine Toxicology Medical Biller to join our remote team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US medical billing, specifically in urine toxicology laboratory billing, claim submission, denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up. The candidate should be familiar with US insurance guidelines, CPT/ICD-10 coding basics, and laboratory billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims for urine toxicology laboratory services to commercial and government payers.
• Review patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and billing information for accuracy.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims to maximize reimbursements.
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
