Job Title: Credentialing & Licensing Specialist

Salary: PKR 130,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience

PsychPlus is a behavioral healthcare organization supporting providers and patients across the United States. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Provider Operations team to support provider credentialing, licensing, and compliance activities.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Credentialing & Licensing Specialist to support the credentialing and licensing of healthcare providers across multiple U.S. states.

This role is responsible for managing provider credentialing, coordinating licensing activities, maintaining provider records, tracking application statuses, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted accurately. The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S. healthcare credentialing and provider licensing processes, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities
  • Prepare, review, and submit provider credentialing applications
  • Manage provider licensing applications, renewals, and status tracking across multiple U.S. states
  • Maintain accurate provider files and supporting documentation
  • Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history
  • Monitor credentialing and licensing deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with licensing boards, credentialing organizations, insurance payers, and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Maintain credentialing and licensing trackers and generate status reports
  • Resolve documentation deficiencies and follow up on outstanding items
  • Ensure provider records remain accurate and compliant with organizational policies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing
  • Experience supporting provider licensing and license renewals
  • Strong understanding of provider credentialing and licensing workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience using credentialing software, provider databases, or healthcare information systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work onsite in Karachi, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience credentialing physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, or other healthcare providers
  • Experience with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, or payer enrollment processes
  • Experience supporting behavioral health or multi-state healthcare organizations
  • Experience working with U.S. insurance payers and provider enrollment requirements

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
