Job Summary

Recruitech Solutions is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer on behalf of one of our clients in Karachi. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced professional who can lead design initiatives, develop compelling visual content, and maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistency across all branding and visual communications.
• Review, mentor, and guide junior designers while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
• Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity and brand standards.

Creative Development

• Develop innovative design concepts and creative campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
• Design engaging social media creatives, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Create basic animations, motion graphics, and GIFs for digital campaigns.
• Develop templates, brand guidelines, and reusable design assets to improve workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Canva and other modern design tools.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, animation, and GIF creation will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a marketing agency or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
