Graphic Designer

Dukan e Perfomence is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least five years of professional experience to join our dynamic creative team. This role involves leading a team of 20 talented individuals to deliver visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Typography, along with a keen eye for detail and creativity. As a Graphic Designer at Dukan e Perfomence, you will oversee the development of design concepts from inception through to final execution. Your leadership responsibilities include mentoring team members, ensuring consistent quality standards, and fostering innovation within the team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality graphics that support company objectives and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a team of 20 graphic designers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure growth and productivity.
• Create and oversee the production of visually appealing designs using Adobe Photoshop and applying sound typography principles.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and translate them into creative solutions.
• Review and approve final designs, ensuring consistency across all media and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices to keep designs fresh and competitive.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce graphics that support promotional strategies and campaigns.
