WeSpeaky provides 1-to-1 online English classes for children aged 3–12. We create social media and advertising content for parents in Hong Kong and other markets.

We are hiring a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can turn supplied footage, copy, and briefs into polished visual content for social media and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, teacher clips, testimonials, and video ads
• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, captions, and simple explainers
• Design static posts, posters, paid-ad creatives, thumbnails, and campaign variations
• Improve footage through clean cuts, pacing, color, audio, captions, and visual treatment
• Prepare platform-ready sizes and versions for social media and advertising
• Build reusable templates that keep WeSpeaky’s visual style consistent
• Organize source files and deliver final exports in the requested formats
• Apply feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines

The team will supply raw footage, copy, campaign direction, and most concepts. Your main responsibility is strong creative execution. You may suggest ideas, but campaign strategy and filming do not form core duties.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio covering video editing, motion graphics, static design, and social advertising
• Good judgment in typography, layout, pacing, color, hierarchy, animation, and sound
• Strong video-editing and motion-design skills
• Ability to clean footage and audio, add captions, and export correct formats
• Working knowledge of tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent software
• Ability to follow briefs, accept feedback, organize files, and meet deadlines
• Reliable computer, stable internet, backup internet, and backup power
• Full availability during the stated shift

Schedule

• Full-time, fully remote from Pakistan
• 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hong Kong time / 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pakistan time
• Six days per week with one fixed weekly day off
• One scheduled 30–40 minute break

Compensation

• Fixed monthly base: HKD 2,000
• Indeed displays an approximate PKR equivalent based on the current exchange rate

Pay: Rs70,800.00 per month
