AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire AM Store for its SCM Department- Based in Head Office Karachi.

Position: AM Store
Qualification: BBA/MBA (SCM)
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Location: DHA Phase 8
Salary: 90k - 100k
Days: Monday - Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall store operations and ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
• Supervise the procurement process including generation and approval of PR, MR, PO, and GRN.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to forecast inventory requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor pending orders with suppliers.
• Prepare inventory and procurement reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
