Gratia is staffing an elite delivery team to build and scale critical operational workflows for a high-profile US client. In this role, you will be the lead technical builder, turning strategic process maps into high-performing workflows within Kissflow.

You will work directly with Gratia Business Analysts who handle the process mapping, stakeholder management, and project specs. This allows you to focus entirely on your core strength: building, configuring, and shipping technical solutions.

Why Join the Gratia Network?

  • High ownership: you own build quality and technical execution; BAs reduce ambiguity by providing process maps and specs.
  • High-profile US client: fast iteration cycles and visible impact, with extension opportunity beyond the initial project.
  • Future project pipeline: strong performers will get priority consideration for future workflow automation projects with Gratia (across similar tools and clients).

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Build: Configure intake forms, complex approval routing, conditional logic, and role-based permissions within Kissflow.
  • Data Architecture: Design data structures and field mapping to ensure clean, reliable reporting across all workflow steps.
  • Rapid Iteration: Implement changes quickly based on BA specs and stakeholder feedback. We value the ability to ship iterations fast.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues involving routing logic, permissions, and edge cases.
  • Documentation: Create clear configuration notes and maintenance guidance for every workflow delivered.

What we are looking for

  • Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with low-code workflow automation. While Kissflow is preferred, we value deep experience in ServiceNow, Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or Airtable.
  • Automation Fundamentals: A mastery of roles/permissions, routing rules, SLAs, and data integrity.
  • Execution: The ability to take a written specification and ship a production-ready workflow with minimal oversight.
  • Communication: Clear, professional English. You can explain your technical logic and document your process effectively.
  • Alignment: Ability to overlap with US business hours for key meetings and real-time collaboration.

Technical Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Kissflow Run Script or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API/webhook integrations.
  • Knowledge of maintainable workflow patterns (governance and change control).

Contract details:

  • Rate: starts at $40/hour
  • Start: ~2 weeks from acceptance.
  • Duration: ~6 months (extension possible).
  • Background check necessary.
  • Timezone: flexible; we ask for some overlap with US business hours for key meetings and faster iteration (share your typical working hours).

Interview Process

  • HR Screening (30 min): Experience and availability sync.
  • Technical Challenge (Take-home): Implement a small workflow from a spec and provide a brief video walkthrough (Loom) of your logic.
  • Final Interview (45 min): Deep dive into your build, debugging scenarios, and delivery cadence.
