Your Role

• Lead and mentor the WordPress development team
• Develop and review custom themes, plugins, and WooCommerce solutions
• Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards
• Conduct structured code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with project managers to plan timelines and ensure smooth execution
• Take ownership of project delivery and team outcomes

What We are Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
• Strong expertise in WordPress core, hooks, filters & WooCommerce
• Advanced PHP (OOP), MySQL, and REST API integration
• Experience with Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg, or similar builders
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
