ZHSync is looking for an Upwork Bidder & Outreach Specialist who can manage Upwork accounts, send quality proposals, follow up fast, handle client chats, and generate qualified leads through Upwork.

What You’ll Own

• Manage up to 2 Upwork accounts
• Send 200 quality proposals per account/month
• Find high-quality jobs and serious clients
• Handle client chats and follow-ups

You’re Perfect If You Have

• Strong Upwork bidding experience
• Clear proposal writing skills
• Sales and money-focused mindset
• Good understanding of digital marketing services

Success Metrics

• $5,000/month closed revenue
• Proposals sent per account
• Close rate

What We Offer

• PKR 120,000/month base salary
• 5% commission on every verified client closed through Upwork or outreach
• Bonus on achieving or exceeding monthly revenue target
