Responsibilities
 

• Lead and supervise a team of five kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective kitchen operations.
• Develop and update menus that reflect innovative and high-quality culinary offerings, incorporating experimentation and new techniques.
• Oversee kitchen management tasks, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Implement and enforce recipe standardization to ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards to maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Train kitchen staff in culinary techniques, proper food handling, and safety procedures to promote skill development and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, seasonal menus, and new product introductions.
• Manage kitchen costs and budgeting without compromising quality or guest experience.
• Review and enhance kitchen workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Stay open to learning new cooking methods and experimenting with ingredients to continuously improve menu offerings.
