We're Hiring: Upseller UK/US (Design)
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Upseller to maximize sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote additional products and services.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in sales, upselling, or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
