Role Description The Designer and 3D Animator role at Qsolutions is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Karachi Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the team member creates high-quality 3D assets, animations, and motion graphics for digital products, branding campaigns, and media content. Daily tasks include designing and modeling 3D environments and objects, setting up lighting and materials, and producing polished animation sequences that align with project requirements and brand guidelines. The role collaborates closely with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure visual consistency across web, mobile, and media platforms. Responsibilities also include refining concepts, iterating on feedback, and preparing deliverables for production and client presentations.
Qualifications

 

• Ability to work with 3D Design and 3D Modeling tools to create environments, assets, and visual elements.
• Proficiency in Animation and 3D Animation principles, including timing, motion, and storytelling.
• Strong Lighting skills for 3D scenes, with an understanding of shadows, materials, and rendering aesthetics.
• Graphic Design capabilities for branding, layouts, and visual assets that complement 3D work.
• Experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid grasp of UI/UX and digital product workflows, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation, design work, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and openness to iterative feedback.
• Relevant degree or certification in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
