Diamond Home is seeking a talented and client-focused Interior Designer to join our Emaar Showroom in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have experience in complete residential interior design projects and the ability to transform client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. This role requires strong design expertise, excellent client management skills, and the ability to integrate Diamond Home furniture into complete interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and consult with showroom walk-in clients, referrals, and generated leads to understand their design requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
• Create space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and interior design concepts for residential projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, working layouts, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
• Recommend furniture, materials, colors, and décor solutions to deliver complete home interior concepts.
• Prepare quotations, design proposals, BOQs, and room-wise recommendations.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design assessments, and installation coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain client records, quotations, follow-ups, and project progress while ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably handling complete home projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and interior styling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in furniture showrooms or interior design firms will be an added advantage.
• Strong vendor and contractor network will be preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing complete residential interior projects is highly preferred.
