Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Architect / AutoCAD Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and creating high-quality, realistic 3D renderings.

As our project pipeline expands, you will play a crucial role in delivering crisp, professional architectural presentations and production-ready working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural layouts, submission drawings, and working construction details using AutoCAD.

- Develop high-quality, realistic 3D models and renderings for corporate, retail, or luxury residential projects.

- Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly scaled, and aligned with project specifications.

- Coordinate effectively to implement design revisions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Software Expertise: Mastery of AutoCAD (for 2D drafting) and advanced proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering software (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray).

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean technical drafting and realistic 3D render finishes.

- Location Constraint: Candidates with a short, hassle-free commute will be strongly preferred.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on drawing precision or render quality.
