Technical Audit Executive

The Technical Audit Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical audits in accordance with the established Technical Audit Framework. The role focuses on assessing the effectiveness, compliance, and condition of technical operations, equipment, systems, maintenance practices, SOPs and applicable technical and global standards. This role involves documenting observations, evaluating potential risks and identifying areas of improvement with follow up of findings for correction and to provide status reports accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Make monthly technical audit calendar based on annual Master Technical audit plan and update the subject plan in SAP QM Module.
• Perform technical audits using risk-based checklists aligned with the defined scope and methodology.
• Prepare comprehensive technical report based on standardized reporting format along with distribution to all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow-up for open observations with departments for CAPA submission and prepare monthly status reports and audit dashboards.
• Prepare and update data required for monthly/quarterly management review presentations, maintenance score card, audit quantum status and KPIs.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement goals initiated in line with organizational strategic focus and intents.
• Assist Technical Audit Lead / HOD in improvement of audit checklists, framework and technical audit schema.
