Power Generation Team Expansion

We are seeking qualified, hands-on professionals to join our engineering and maintenance department. We are currently hiring for two critical roles: Power Generator Mechanic and Electrical Engineer (Power Systems).

Role 1: Power Generator Mechanic
Job Summary:
Responsible for the mechanical upkeep, overhauling, and preventative maintenance of diesel and gas generator units.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, belt adjustments).
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults in internal combustion engines (diesel/gas).
* Execute top-end and major engine overhauls.
* Inspect, repair, and maintain cooling, fuel, and lubrication systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical or equivalent technical certification.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience working directly with industrial power generators (e.g., Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar,MAN)
* Strong understanding of hydraulic, fuel injection, and mechanical governors.

Role 2: Electrical Engineer (Power Systems)
Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, electrical troubleshooting, control panel programming, and power distribution management of generator networks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, inspect, and maintain electrical control wiring, switchgears, and distribution panels.
* Program and configure genset control modules (e.g., Deep Sea Electronics, Woodward, DEIF).
* Manage multi-generator synchronization, load sharing, and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels.
* Conduct root cause analysis on electrical faults, AVR issues, alternators, and megger testing.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Education: DAE/Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 3+ years in power generation, industrial powerhouse maintenance, or commissioning.
* Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, safety standards (ESD), and high/low voltage systems.
