Store Officer

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.

Supervise the receipt, inspection, and proper documentation of materials; issue materials to production or departments as per requisition.

Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies with records, and prepare stock reports for management review.

Ensure that store operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.

Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials, and resolve any stock-related issues.
