Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Trainee / Video Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will capture program stories from the field through clean, high-quality mobile video.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit program centers, events, and field locations to shoot clean, high-quality mobile videos.
• Capture B-roll footage, student interactions, field stories, and event coverage.
• Coordinate with the program team to understand content requirements before field visits.
• Organize and upload raw video content promptly after shoots.

Requirements

• University student or college student.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good sense of framing, lighting, and audio capture on mobile devices.
• Flexibility to visit field sites or the office when requested, typically 1–3 times per week based on project needs.
