Social Media Strategist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies, content pillars, positioning, formats, and calendars aligned with business goals.
• Research U.S. audiences, buyers, competitors, trends, pain points, and relevant conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Build authentic and recognizable executive/leadership brands through thought leadership, storytelling, expertise, and industry perspectives.
• Develop hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, creative briefs, and platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, a nd short-form video.
• Direct and coordinate designers, editors, PR, and marketing teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage content distribution, publishing, audience engagement, and social-led lead generation.
• Identify prospects, buying signals, relevant conversations, and opportunities for collaborations and relationships.
• Track performance, audience quality, engagement, profile visits, conversations, and leads to continuously optimize strategy.
• Connect social media activity with brand visibility, qualified conversations, and business opportunities.

Job Specification

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Executive Branding.
• Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, professional services, or executive branding is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, short-form video, and social media trends.
• Excellent English writing with natural U.S.-style communication.
• Strong research, storytelling, copywriting, content ideation, and editorial skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Experience working with designers, editors, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of audience building, thought leadership, and social media lead generation.
• Highly proactive with strong ownership from idea to execution to results.
• Portfolio demonstrating content, strategy, and measurable results is required.
