Shift Manager

Meal Allowance 2600+ KPI Incentives + 2 yearly bonus 10% of Salary + Paid 32 Leaves in which 14 are incashment

• Ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and support staff, assigning tasks as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain stock levels and report inventory variance.
• Assist in training new employees and enforcing company policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash, process payments, and generate shift reports.
• Work with kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency.
• Assist in food cost management by monitoring portion control and waste.
• Support in P&L tracking, ensuring cost efficiency during shifts.

Pay: From Rs43,000.00 per month
