SEO Team Lead

The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing a team of SEO executives, and ensuring consistent improvement in organic visibility, traffic, and rankings across client and internal projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, a strategic mindset and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all projects.
• Manage client SEO strategies, reporting, performance reviews, and meetings.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve SEO outcomes.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Ensure task planning, workload management, and meeting deadlines
• Review and approve SEO reports and provide insights and recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client monthly meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
