SEO Junior - Backlink Building

Zenith Flow Tech is a digital agency. We handle SEO, web development, design, paid media and more for clients in all kinds of industries. We are hiring a link builder for our SEO team.

What You will Do

• Build quality backlinks for client websites across different niches
• Find link opportunities: guest posts, niche edits, broken link building, resource pages, and directories
• Send outreach emails, follow up, and deal with site owners and editors
• Check each site before we take a link (relevance, traffic, DR, spam signals)
• Plan anchor text so each client's link profile looks natural
• Look at competitor backlinks and find gaps we can fill
• Track every link in a sheet (URL, anchor, target page, date, cost, status)
• Send a simple monthly link report to the team

What We are Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on link building experience (any niche is fine)
• Solid understanding of off-page SEO and how links affect rankings
• Experience with guest posts, link insertions, and cold outreach
• Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz
• Good written English for outreach emails
• Can tell a good link from a bad one (PBNs, link farms, spammy sites)
• Can work on your own and hit monthly link targets
• Careful with details and keeps clean records

Nice to Have

• Digital PR experience
• Experience with outreach tools like Hunter, Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or Instantly
• Basic Google Search Console and GA4 knowledge
• Past work on e-commerce, SaaS, or local business sites

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
