ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Media Buyer owns the day-to-day execution inside Meta Ads Manager for one or more of our DTC brands. You will launch, monitor, cut, and scale campaigns targeting US consumers, ensuring every ad is built correctly, tracked accurately, and managed against clear performance rules. You will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Strategist, executing the testing roadmap and feeding performance data back into the creative feedback loop. Your direction on ads manager will come from the Creative Strategist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Launching: Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager accurately and on schedule.
  • Ad Construction: Input creative assets (images and videos), primary texts, headlines, descriptions, CTAs, and destination/landing page links onto ads with zero errors.
  • Budget Management: Execute budget increases and scaling decisions on winning ad sets and campaigns per agreed performance rules.
  • Cutting & Optimization: Monitor performance daily and cut underperforming ads, ad sets, and campaigns quickly to protect front-end ROAS.
  • QA & Tracking: Verify pixels, URLs, UTMs, and tracking are firing correctly before and after every launch.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily performance reporting (spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and flag trends to the Creative Strategist.
  • Feedback Loop: Communicate what is winning and losing at the ad level so the Creative Strategist can iterate briefs and angles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience buying media in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Proven ability to launch, manage, and scale direct response ecommerce campaigns.
  • High attention to detail — flawless ad setup including copy, creative, CTAs, and links.
  • Comfortable making fast cut/scale decisions based on data and clear KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPM, CVR.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with dropshipping or high-velocity creative testing environments.
  • Familiarity with supplement or health/wellness brands.
  • Experience with tracking/attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar).
