Digital Sales Officer
 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or direct sales (experience in insurance, Takaful, or banking sector will be an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Confidence in handling customer queries and closing sales over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience in CRM or call center software will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective telesales and customer engagement techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance overall sales performance and achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversions.
