Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new arrivals.
  • Process sales transactions accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
  • Prepare sales reports as required by management.
  • Person have knowledge about customer dealing, handling cash , operate computer and help in packing

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
