Atomz Digitals is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with potential clients and promoting our diverse range of AI services, web development solutions, WordPress, Shopify, and other digital offerings. You will manage a small team of two sales professionals, guiding them to achieve individual and team targets through strategic planning and performance monitoring. Your ability to maintain strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations will be essential in meeting and exceeding sales goals. As a Sales Executive at Atomz Digitals, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and securing new business opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation abilities, is highly organized, and demonstrates punctuality and a results-oriented mindset. Your fluency in English, with a preference for a UK or US accent based on your assigned shift, will enable you to connect effectively with a broad client base.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities aligned with the companys digital service offerings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs to effectively demonstrate product and service value.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and closing terms that satisfy both client requirements and company objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a sales team of two members, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.
  • Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals and market demands.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of client interactions and sales activities using Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and discipline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute positively to the company culture.
