Sales Support Representative

Cotton Connection is a leading wholesaler of activewear, sportswear and underwear products. We specialize in first quality closeouts and irregulars from the leading mills such as Champion, Comfort Colors, Comfort Wash, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, & Hanes. In addition, we manufacture products in our home brand Cotton Plus. Our product line includes T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sport Shirts, Hooded Pullovers, Boxer Shorts, Socks, Briefs and many more products. Our product categories include men’s, ladies, boys, toddlers and juniors. We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team and help keep our sales operations running flawlessly.

Role Overview

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our sales team. You will handle administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, and ensure all orders are processed accurately. Your work will directly allow our outside sales team to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.

What You Will Do

• Process and track customer orders from initial entry to delivery.
• Generate accurate price quotes, invoices, and sales contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database/CRM system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Collaborate with logistics and billing departments to resolve client issues quickly.

What We Are Looking For

• Atleast 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency Microsoft Outlook, Office & Excel.
• Exceptional English communication skills with a friendly, professional phone and email demeanor.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Matric diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
