Cyforic is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to support our Design & Development department.

Important

This is a permanent night-shift, in-office position in Karachi.

Please do not apply if you are looking for remote work or are not comfortable working from the office during the stated shift.

(We are hiring immediately and will prioritize candidates who can join quickly.)

This is a client-facing project management role where you will act as the main communication layer between our clients and production team. You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, communicating progress, presenting work to clients, collecting feedback, coordinating revisions, and ensuring clear communication between both sides.

This is not a sales or upselling position.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and messaging
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients and the design/development production team
• Present completed work, concepts, updates, and revisions to clients professionally
• Collect, understand, clarify, and document client feedback
• Convert client feedback into clear and actionable instructions for the production team
• Follow up with designers, developers, and other team members regarding pending tasks and revisions
• Keep clients updated regarding project progress and next steps
• Manage back-and-forth communication during revisions and approvals
• Clarify unclear requests before forwarding them to production
• Help clients understand design and development processes when consultation is required
• Track multiple active projects and ensure communication does not get missed
• Maintain organized project notes, feedback, approvals, and communication records
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, communication, documentation, summaries, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience at a software house, design agency, development agency, digital agency, or similar environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong confidence communicating with clients on calls
• Good understanding of graphic design, web design, website development, and general digital production workflows
• You do not need to be a designer or developer, but you must understand how these projects are executed
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear instructions for production teams
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and conversations simultaneously
• Professional communication and client-handling skills
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for productivity
• Must be based in Karachi
• Must be comfortable working in-office from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
