About the JOB

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in dedicated cold calling for the US market, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build strong first-touch conversations, and consistently meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)

Office Location: Zulekha Trade Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
• Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
• Present and pitch company services confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in dedicated cold calling (US region)
• Excellent English communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience selling digital marketing or IT services is preferred
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
