Job Description

Pearl Mineral Water is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative / Distributor / Wholesaler to join our team in Hyderabad and surrounding areas including Jamshoro and Sehwan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing retailers, hotels, and offices. This position requires a proactive approach to achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring that orders are placed and delivered promptly. The role involves directly managing a small team of two persons to enhance operational efficiency and meet business goals. This opportunity offers a competitive salary and attractive commission structure for salesmen, along with fuel allowances to support daily activities. Distributors and wholesalers benefit from high profit margins and the potential for long-term business growth. Candidates with experience in sales, local market knowledge, and excellent communication skills will thrive in this dynamic position. Owning a bike is preferred for ease of travel within the assigned territory, allowing for effective client interaction and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop new customer accounts and expand the client network within assigned geographical regions including Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Sehwan.
  • Manage daily sales activities and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retailers, hotels, offices, and other key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate timely booking of orders and ensure accurate and prompt delivery to clients, maintaining inventory records and reporting back to the main office.
  • Lead and supervise a small team of two persons to optimize sales operations, provide guidance, and ensure collective achievement of sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients to enhance product uptake and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Pearl Mineral Water products and services to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all sales and distribution activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to aid management decision-making and strategy development.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts, ensuring personalized service and quick resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Utilize client relationship management techniques to retain customers and drive long-term business growth.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for transportation and timely delivery of mineral water products to prevent stock shortages.
