Sales Representative

Looking to hire Sales Representative for a clothing brand at their outlet.

As a Clothing Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with their clothing selections, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Your role will include maintaining the appearance of the clothing department, restocking merchandise, and supporting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer style advice and suggest clothing items based on customer preferences.
• Maintain fitting rooms by organizing and tidying up after customer use.
• Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise and keep the clothing area organized
• .Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store sales targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in clothing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen eye for fashion and ability to offer style advice.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
