Job Description:

We are hiring skilled Customer Service Executives responsible for outbound calling, lead management, and professional communication with potential clients while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients
Generate, manage, and update lead records
Communicate professionally with prospects
Understand customer needs and provide service information
