Sales Officer - Karachi

As a Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will play a vital role in driving vehicle sales for our partner dealers and private sellers. This position demands strong communication abilities, a solid understanding of the automotive market, and proven sales skills to contribute to the growth and success of PakWheels’ vehicle sales platform. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage listings, engage prospective buyers, and ensure smooth transaction processes, all while representing PakWheels’ commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee vehicle listings for assigned customers by visiting seller locations to upload and update car details. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification and maintain listing accuracy.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing clear and engaging information about the assigned car stock to potential buyers.
- Accompany prospective buyers on visits to seller locations, applying effective sales techniques to showcase vehicles and enhance the overall buying experience.
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers, ensuring all transaction steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the required format.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including current industry trends and market standards.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented with a strong dedication to meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital communication tools such as email and internet browsing.
