Assistant Manager Sales (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, supporting regional sales activities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position requires a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and expertise in logistics services, particularly import customs clearance. Candidates must be able to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a clear understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to explore potential clients and business avenues.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that address client-specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to company policies to optimize profitability while minimizing operational costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office tools proficiently for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Use own vehicle or conveyance for client visits and job-related travel as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in import customs clearance.
