Full job description

• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance productivity, set clear KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and target customer segments to expand the company’s market presence.
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Oversee major contract negotiations and support sales representatives in closing high-value deals.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity, industry benchmarks, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and pricing models.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
