Sales Executive

Synora seeks a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products effectively. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply, though having one year or more of experience in design sales or related campaigns is advantageous. The Sales Executive focuses on building lasting customer relationships to help expand the company's market presence. The Sales Executive does not manage a team but plays a crucial role in supporting sales targets through accurate sales forecasting and customer relationship management. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and company goals.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product information and solutions accordingly.
• Conduct sales forecasting to predict sales trends and assist the management team in planning.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to implement sales campaigns effectively.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels to convert them into sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients demonstrating product benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets within the defined timeframes.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities to provide competitive sales strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
