Full job description

To generate new business opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and convert qualified leads into clients by delivering consultative sales solutions. The role requires maintaining accurate CRM records, achieving monthly revenue targets, and contributing to the company's growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to successful closing
• Handle company-provided leads and convert them through structured follow-ups
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and client presentations to promote company services
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable UAE business setup solutions
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Zoho CRM
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
• Execute timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and client engagement
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration (Required)
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (Mandatory)
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM PKT (Monday to Saturday)

Location

• DHA Phase 4, Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pakistan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
