Position: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Location: DHA Phase 7 (Extension), Karachi

Package: 22,000 – 45,000 PKR + 1%–7% Commission + Bonuses

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Days: Monday-Saturday

Al Midrar Institute is a dynamic and growing training and development institute dedicated to providing exceptional courses and workshops to our students. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and are looking for a Senior Sales Agent to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve company targets.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Intermediate (compulsory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in travel consultancy or visa processing services will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
