Lead Generation Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential B2B clients, build prospect lists, and generate qualified leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, online research, and other business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
• Conduct cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Write professional and personalized outreach messages.
• Pitch the company's services to potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage outreach pipelines.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential.
• Schedule meetings/calls between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Research competitors, industries, and potential target markets.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Maintain proper records and provide regular outreach reports.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, business development, or cold outreach preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, cold emailing, and online prospect research.
• Ability to confidently pitch services to businesses.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good understanding of CRM/spreadsheet-based lead management.
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Response and engagement rate.
• Number of meetings booked.
• Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
• Outreach volume and consistency.
• Monthly contribution to sales pipeline.
