Business Development / Sales Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10, Karachi
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential importers, exporters, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients.
• Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
• Introduce company services to decision-makers and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in International Courier, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Cargo, Shipping, or Supply Chain will be highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
