Nazgrow is looking for a motivated Sales Call Agent who excels in building strong customer relationships and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English language skills and the ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively. This position requires handling calls with potential clients primarily in US and UK time zones, often during night shifts. The Sales Call Agent must be self-driven, target-oriented, and skilled in managing conversations to convert leads into successful sales opportunities. Experience with customer relationship management, sales prospecting, and active listening are essential for thriving in this role. This role focuses on initiating contact with prospective customers, delivering compelling sales presentations, and understanding client needs to tailor solutions accordingly. While managing a team is not part of this position, the agent plays a crucial role in contributing to Nazgrow's growth by expanding its client base. Knowledge or interest in Amazon FBA or eCommerce is a plus, helping agents provide better service to clients from these industries. Effective communication with international clients and the ability to maintain professionalism during night shifts are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using established leads and prospecting techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and Nazgrow's offerings.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Manage call scripts effectively to ensure consistency and professionalism during sales conversations.
  • Record call details accurately in customer relationship management systems to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance objectives.
  • Work night shifts in alignment with US and UK time zones while maintaining high energy levels and focus.
  • Handle objections and questions with confidence and provide satisfactory responses to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues and provide feedback to improve sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in Amazon FBA and eCommerce, to better advise clients.
  • Maintain a positive and target-driven mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve sales results.
