As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping IT professionals identify and secure the right job opportunities in the IT sector. Leveraging your marketing skills, you will work closely with job seekers to understand their preferences, skills, and career objectives, and then actively seek out suitable job openings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with IT professionals to understand their career aspirations, skills, and job preferences.
• Job Market Analysis: Stay informed about the IT job market, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to job seekers.
• Job Search Strategy: Develop personalized job search strategies for IT professionals, considering their unique goals and circumstances.
• Job Matching: Utilize your marketing skills to identify, evaluate, and match job opportunities with IT professionals, ensuring compatibility and alignment with their career objectives.
• Job Application Support: Assist IT professionals in crafting tailored resumes and cover letters and provide guidance on interview preparation and job application best practices.
• Networking: Cultivate relationships with IT industry contacts, employers, and recruitment agencies to discover hidden job opportunities for your clients.

Qualifications:

• Preferred prior Sales or Marketing experience, with a focus on candidate services or career counseling preferred.
• Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
