🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Agent and Customer Support Representative

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent and Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is best suited for professionals who already have hands-on experience in sales and/or customer support and are confident handling customers through phone, email, and chat with minimal supervision.

Work-from-home option available

Shift Details:

  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (approx.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Personal laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
