Business Development Executive - E-Commerce Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to lead and execute sales strategies across multiple eCommerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and leveraging market insights to optimize sales performance. This role involves close collaboration with marketplace account managers to foster strong relationships that support sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for various eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to inform and refine sales tactics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key marketplace account managers to ensure operational efficiency and maximize growth potential.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce sales or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or relevant CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- At least one year of experience in client relationship management, pitching clients, and eCommerce sales.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
