Sales & Recovery Officer – Real Estate (Female)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Department: Sales & Recovery

Basic Salary + attractive commission on sales

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for property sales.
• Communicate with potential buyers and provide information about projects and payment plans.
• Conduct client follow-ups and assist in converting leads into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Follow up on installments, dues, and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer follow-ups, and recovery status.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred/required.
• Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree.
• 6 Months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, recovery, customer dealing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
