Front Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Sales Executive to join our Design Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in selling design services and a proven ability to convert social media marketing (SMM) generated leads into paying clients. This is a full-time, onsite position based in PECHS Block 2, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role requires a motivated individual who can effectively communicate design solutions and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert leads generated through social media marketing into confirmed sales for design services.
- Promote and sell a variety of creative services including graphic design, branding, logo design, website design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate design services tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve a monthly sales target ranging between $4,000 and $5,000.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in front sales within the design or creative services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of selling design-related services effectively.
- Experience working with and converting SMM-generated leads.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- A target-driven, self-motivated approach to work.

Compensation:
The compensation package includes a basic salary plus commission, with the final package determined based on experience and demonstrated sales performance. The expected pay range is between Rs70,000 and Rs120,000 per month.

Work Location:
This is an onsite role based in PECHS Block 2, Karachi.
