Job Overview

Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salewomen to join our dynamic retail team responsible for customer service, sales performance, and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate, detailed product information.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, features, benefits, and promotions.
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and an outstanding customer experience.
Operate POS systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately.
Assist with inventory by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and reporting low stock or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
Collaborate with the store team and leadership to execute sales strategies, promotions, and special offers.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice, recommendations, and improve service quality.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced retail environments while maintaining enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism.
Requirements

Education: BA / BSc / BCom / FA / FSC / BBA/ ADP
Minimum 1 to 2 years of Retail experience required
