About the Role

D'Junejo International is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing immigration consultancy team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or have previous sales experience, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the immigration and overseas consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally.
• Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand clients' immigration goals and explain suitable visa and immigration programs.
• Book appointments for immigration consultants.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the processing department to ensure excellent client service.
• Represent D'Junejo International with professionalism and integrity.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken English and Urdu.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or an immigration consultancy will be an added advantage.
