Role Description This full-time on-site Roustabout role is based in Khairpur and involves supporting daily oilfield and industrial operations. Responsibilities include assisting with rigging activities, handling tools and materials, and helping set up and maintain drilling and production equipment. The Roustabout will perform general labor tasks such as cleaning work areas, maintaining equipment, and supporting crane and heavy equipment operations under supervision. The role also requires following all safety procedures, reporting hazards, and working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient, safe site operations.
Qualifications

 

• Candidates should possess skills related to rigging and safe handling of equipment and materials.
• Candidates should possess skills related to drilling operations and basic oilfield processes.
• Candidates should possess skills related to working with cranes and supporting lifting activities.
• Candidates should possess skills related to operating or assisting with heavy equipment in an industrial or field setting.
• Candidates should possess skills related to general oilfield work, including familiarity with site safety practices and procedures.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in field or oil and gas operations, strong physical fitness suitable for manual labor, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Basic education and any relevant technical or safety certifications (e.g., HSE training) are an advantage.
